Eric J Neilsen retains all rights to images he captures or creates through his direct creation unless otherwise agreed to prior to shooting as stipulated by US Copyright law. Additional licensing of his images can be obtain through this site via email or through his licensing agents. No reproductions of his images is allowed without written permission and as stated in the individual licensing agreement.

Copyrights and use of images is getting more and more complex as images have their identifying information either removed from or forgotten from being placed, into the metadata. Use of orphan work does represent a threat to all of those that participate in the use of still images, movies, and audio recordings.
