Here is a collection photos showing trash piles in White Rock Creek just north of the Northwest Hwy bridge.
Image files after 0098, were taken this April of 2011. The 14th and the 24th.
The first 11 images were taken last year showing a similar problem. Downed trees that block and collect large piles of plastic bottles, smaller branches, tires, shopping carts, etc.
